• Follow R.I.C.E Principle – Rest; Ice (Optional); Compress; Elevate.
• Remove bandage from container Measure affected area
• Cut desired length
• Apply with sufficient stretch for a comfortable compression
• Wrap over affected area once or twice only.

• Keep bandage on as long as necessary.
