• Follow R.I.C.E Principle – Rest; Ice; Compress; Elevate.
• Remove bandage from container Measure affected area
• Cut desired length Apply with sufficient stretch for a comfortable compression
• Wrap over affected area once or twice only. Do not overlap Secures without a clip
• Affected area gets colder in 10 – 20 minutes
• Check affected area every 10 minutes.
• For any adverse reactions such as redness, itchiness or discolouration remove the bandage immediately and consult your doctor.
